At Marjay Online Stores, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You can return an item within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition as when delivered.

2. Return Conditions

We accept returns only if:

• The item delivered is wrong, damaged, or defective.
• You notify us within 48 hours with photo or video proof of the issue.
• You provide the original receipt or order confirmation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used or tampered with
• Personal hygiene items or kitchen tools once unsealed
• Clearance or discounted items marked “final sale”

4. Return Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or call within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Send photos or video evidence of the issue.
3. We will review and approve the return if it meets our conditions.
4. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the fault is from us.

5. Refunds & Replacements

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund or replacement status.
• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 3–5 working days after approval.
• You may choose a replacement item of equal value instead of a refund.
